1. MERCHANDISING MANAGER

Resposibilities:
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Partner
  • Supervises day to day activities of Merchandisers to ensure that the department operates following the prescribed company and merchandising policies and procedures
  • Recommend changes to be made on Purchase Orders concerning order quantities, delivery dates, cancellation dates and price revisions
  • Maintains good relationship with suppliers
  • Handles tag price computation of items
  • Sees to it that scheduled submission of reports were strictly followed
  • Monitor output of suppliers
  • Monitor reordering of saleable items
  • Training of Merchandiser and Merchandising Assistant

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, between 20 to 32 years old
  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration and Management
  • Must have extensive exposure and working experience in retailing for at least 2 years as Merchandising Manager
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
  • Must be highly-motivated, self-disciplined, result-oriented and can deal with all levels in the organization
  • Must possess strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and a good command of responsibility
  • Must have strong organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Must be willing to work for long hours


2. AREA SALES SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts daily store visits
  • Manages and oversees all facets of store operations
  • Provides high impact leadership and motivation to rally store personnel towards desired sales target
  • Directly responsible for the implementation and maintenance of exceptional customer service
  • Strictly enforces Store Rules and Policies
  • Ensures complete product availability at all times
  • Increases branch's sales volume to meet profit targets

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, between 26 to 34 years old
  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Sales and Marketing or equivalent
  • Must have extensive exposure and working experience in retailing for at least 2 years as Supervisor / Manager
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
  • Must be good in handling customer complaints
  • Must be good in people management and team building
  • Must be highly-motivated, self-disciplined, result-oriented and can deal with all levels in the organization
  • Must possess strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and a good command of responsibility
  • Must have strong organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Must be well-knowledgeable in all aspects of store operations
  • Must be willing to work for long hours
  • Must be willing to work in Metro Manila and Provincial Areas


3. STORE SALES SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and overseas all facets of store operations
  • Provides high impact leadership and motivation to rally store personnel towards desired sales targets
  • Directly responsible for the implementation and maintenance of exceptional customer service
  • Strictly enforces Store Rules and Policies
  • Ensures complete product availability at all times

4. ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Counter-checking of daily sales report
  • Preparing invoices for payables every Wednesday
  • Posting of check disbursement book per bank
  • Monitoring available balance per bank on a weekly basis
  • Checking of payroll sheet, ensuring all figures are accurate
  • Checking of voucher
  • Preparation of monthly disbursement summary
  • Preparation of monthly purchases
  • Conducting P-count on a quarterly basis
  • Maintenance of company's books of accounts (i.e. General Ledger, General Journal, Subsidiary Ledger)
  • Financial statement preparation (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flows)
  • Monitoring and preparation of BIR obligations and other government units requirements
  • Other functions that may be assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, between 20 to 32 years old
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • Must have extensive exposure and work experience of at least 2 years as Accountant in any retail business
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
  • Must be highly-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of dealing with all levels of organization
  • Must be willing to work for long hours
  • Must be flexible in work schedules


5. STORE SALES ASSISTANTS

Responsibilities:

  • Assists customers
  • Provides total customer satisfaction
  • Handles customer complaints
  • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly store administrative and accounting reports
  • Handles cashiering, preferably with experience in handling POS (Point of Sales) System
  • Replenishes items and maintains visual display in the selling area

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, between 21 to 32 years old
  • Must reached at least 2 years in College or have Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in retail stores
  • Must have pleasing personality
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers
  • Must possess good selling skills
  • Can handle customer complaints
  • Must have at least basic knowedge in MS Word and Excel
  • Must be willing to work for long hours
  • Must be flexible, highly-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Must be willing to be relocated in different branches in Metro Manila and nearby provincial areas


6. ACCOUNT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Develops new accounts
  • Grows and manages existing accounts
  • Maintains good relationship with customers

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, between 25 to 35 years old
  • Must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent 
  • Should have the ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Should have above average people and organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle account management
  • Preferably with fashion sense
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience in retail industry
  • Applicants must be willing to do field work
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, flexible, dynamic with interpersonal skills


7. MERCHANDISER

Responsibilities:

  • Performs canvassing of materials from local and international suppliers
  • Negotiates for the most cost effective price for the materials / supplies
  • Prepares Purchase Orders
  • Coordinates orders and ensures deliveries of goods
  • Controls and monitors supply and inventory of items in all branches
  • Maintains good relationship with suppliers
  • Develops new products

Requirements:

  • Female, between 21 to 32 years old
  • Must reached at least 2 years in College or have Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in merchandising
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers
  • Must possess good negotiating skills for the most cost effective price for materials / items
  • Must be able to maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Must have at least basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • Must be flexible, highly-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Preferably with fashion sense


8. PURCHASING CLERK

Responsibilities:

  • Performs basic purchasing activities
  • Conducts quality control
  • Handles inventory
  • Coordinates with the Merchandising Department
  • Coordinates with suppliers regarding deliveries
  • Prepares tag pricing of items
  • Ensures cost effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Female, between 22 to 28 years old
  • Must reached at least 2 years in College or have Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
  • Must be knowledgeable of at least basic MS Word and Excel
  • Must be willing to work for long hours
  • Must be flexible, highly-motivated and self disciplined


9. VISUAL DISPLAY ARTIST

Responsibilities:
  • To conceptualize store imagery (in coordination with the Creative Head)
  • To set up visual display of show windows, central settings and other special settings within the store
  • To maintain and rearrange store display - items located in the wall and island modules
  • On each store visit, to coordinate with Sales Personnel slow-moving items so they may be relocated or rearranged in a manner that will make these items more visible and saleable
  • To a certain extent, maintain uniformity in the window display so as to create a theme for every month/quarter
  • Every office day (Monday), to discuss with the Creative Head observations regarding ability to store sales personnel in maintaining the display made by the designer, give suggestions on how we can improve the store display, etc.
  • To help the Creative Head in drawing or developing new products (Product Development) that will be in line with the trend/design direction for that particular quarter
  • To help in R & D - Store Display and New Product Trends - should keep abreast of the latest trends in gifts and houseware
  • To educate the store and if customer/s are having a hard time deciding on his purchase, should volunteer your know-how or opinion on what particular piece is best
  • To perform other tasks or special projects that may be assigned by the owners from time to time

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, between 20 to 32 years old
  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design
  • Should have the ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Preferably with fashion and creative sense
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Autocad
  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience in retail industry
  • Applicants must be willing to do field work
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, flexible, dynamic with interpersonal skills


PRODUCT DESIGNER

Reporting directly to the Creative Head, the Product Designer is responsible for sketch drawings of possible product development, to be approved by the Creative Head. After approval, drawing should be trasferred to a formal design sheet, with final viewing from Creative Head and with final instructions to be endorsed to assigned Merchandiser.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, between 20 to 32 years old
  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Design or Fine Arts
  • Must have extensive exposure and work experience of at least 2 years as Product Designer in any retail business
  • Familiarity in different fabric materials and indigenous/natural materials
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office, Autocadd, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw
  • Must be highly-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of dealing with all levels in the organization
  • Preferably with fashion and creative sense
  • Must be willing to work for long hours
  • Must be flexible in work schedules
